Welcome to our virtual noticeboard. We receive lots of flyers, posters and information at the Practice but there just isn't space to display it all so we have decided to create this virtual noticeboard which also means our patients can access this information without having to come to the Practice. We have also tried to sort the information alphabetically to help you find what you need.
The Dementia Navigator service offers support for people with a new diagnosis of dementia, people with an existing diagnosis of dementia and, relatives and cares of people living with dementia.

Falls Prevention Service
The Falls Prevention Service is available to anyone aged over 65 years living in the South Eastern Trust area who has had a fall in the past 12 months or who is concerned about falling.
Family Support Hub
The Family Support Hub brings together a range of services for families under one hub making it easier to access the mix of services you need. Parents can self refer.

The Macular Society run a peer support group in Bangor for anyone affected by central vision loss. The Bangor Macular Society group meet on the second Monday of every month (apart from July and August), at Bayview Resource Centre, Ballyholme Road, Bangor, BT20 from 1030 to 1230. They also have an Advice and Information Line, a befriending service, a counselling service, and skills for seeing training (to help people make the best use of their remaining vision). All of their services can be accessed via their Advice and Information Line on 0300 3030 111.
